These terms govern the English Saju Witch website operated by RocketAI Global LLC. Saju Witch provides personalized Saju (Korean Four Pillars) readings, compatibility readings, fortune conversations, and related digital content. The seller for a purchase is identified at checkout and on your payment record. Changing the interface language does not change the seller or terms of a previous purchase.

You can sign in with a supported login provider. Give accurate information, protect access to your account, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Enter another person’s birth information only if you have permission to use it. You must be legally able to enter into these terms or have authorization from a parent or guardian where required.

Your Saju Witch account, saved readings, and Moon Shard balance can be used across supported language versions. A language change does not create a separate account. Available login and payment methods may differ by platform and region.

Moon Shards are credits used only for digital services within Saju Witch. They are not money, deposits, investments, or transferable property. They cannot be sold, sent to another user, or redeemed for cash except through an eligible refund.

Each package shows its price, currency, paid shards, and any bonus shards before payment. A reading or conversation displays its shard cost before use. Paid shards are consumed before bonus shards. Different products and fortune cats may have different costs.

English web top-ups are one-time purchases processed by Stripe in US dollars. They do not enroll you in a subscription or automatic recharge. Your bank may apply currency conversion or other fees. Purchases through an app store are subject to that store’s payment and refund procedures.

For an English-web top-up, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase if the entire package remains unused. Once any shard from that purchase has been used, that package is not eligible for a discretionary refund. Bonus shards have no separate cash value and are removed when their associated purchase is refunded.

Contact support from the account used for the purchase. We review the payment and usage record and return approved refunds to the original payment method. Processing by your bank may take additional time. Duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized payments, and rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law are handled separately. These terms do not remove those rights.

This policy does not retroactively change the refund terms of existing Korean purchases or app-store purchases. The applicable purchase channel and policy at the time of purchase remain recorded with your order.

Readings and conversations are generated using automated systems for entertainment and personal reflection. They can be incomplete or inaccurate and do not promise any future outcome. They do not replace qualified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on them for emergencies or decisions requiring professional judgment.

Results depend on the birth information you provide. Birthplace, local birth time, and historical time-zone rules can affect the calculation. Check your profile before starting a paid reading.

Do not impersonate others, abuse referral rewards, attempt fraudulent payments, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful or infringing content. We may restrict an account to investigate abuse or protect users, with any notice and remedies required by law.

We retain rights in the service, artwork, characters, software, and other proprietary materials. You may use the readings supplied to you for personal purposes. You retain any rights you have in the information you submit and permit us to process it to provide the service. Do not republish another person’s private information without permission.

We may change or temporarily interrupt features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We will communicate material changes and explain the treatment of outstanding paid credits if the service is discontinued. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable remedies for a service that was not supplied.

Material changes to these terms will be announced before they take effect where required. You may stop using the service if you do not accept a change. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence continue to apply.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. You may request account deletion through the account controls or support. Resolve outstanding refund requests before deletion; legally required payment and dispute records may need to be retained.
