SAJU WITCH

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes the English Saju Witch service operated by RocketAI Global LLC. The service shares accounts, profiles, saved results, and Moon Shard balances with the Korean Saju Witch service. Purchase records retain the original seller and payment provider. This policy does not describe separate products such as saju.com.

2. Information we process

Account information includes your login-provider identifier, email address and name when supplied by the provider, account settings, and account status. Google and Apple manage their own authentication information. You do not need to provide a phone number to use the English sign-in flow; an existing Korean account may already contain one.

Profile information can include a name or nickname, sex used for the requested calculation, birth date, calendar type, local birth time, birthplace, country, coordinates, and time zone. Birthplace refers to the location you select for the calculation, not your current GPS location.

We process reading requests and results, conversation messages, saved or shared content, referral records, and support inquiries and replies. Please avoid including information you do not want processed, including unnecessary sensitive information about yourself or other people.

Purchase information includes order identifiers, payment provider, price, currency, payment and refund status, and shard credits and usage. Stripe or the relevant payment provider collects payment-card details. We do not store your full card number or card security code.

Technical and usage information may include IP address, browser and device information, language preference, pages and actions, errors, and security logs. Cookies and similar storage support login, language choice, service operation, and enabled analytics.

3. Why we use information

We use your information to authenticate accounts, calculate charts, generate and save readings, answer conversation requests, process payments and refunds, deliver support, and prevent fraud and abuse. We also use operational and usage data to diagnose errors and improve the service.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, complying with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where required. You can withdraw consent where processing depends on it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Service providers and international processing

Providers involved in delivering the service include Google (Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, storage, infrastructure, and content generation), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (English-web payments), and Apple and Google (sign-in). Korean purchases or existing accounts may additionally involve Kakao, Toss Payments, Apple App Store, and Google Play.

Enabled measurement and diagnostic services can include Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry, and, in native applications, AppsFlyer. The information shared depends on the feature and platform you use. We aim to exclude private readings and conversations from session recordings and do not send payment-card details to analytics providers.

Information may be processed in the United States, South Korea, and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where legally required, international transfers must use an applicable safeguard or lawful transfer mechanism. We may disclose information when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable notice and safeguards.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep account, profile, reading, and conversation data for as long as needed to provide the service and maintain your saved history. You can request deletion through the account controls or support. Deletion is subject to records needed for outstanding disputes, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and backup retention.

Payment, refund, and consumer-complaint records may need to be kept after account deletion for the periods required by applicable law. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required. We do not promise immediate deletion from every backup or from records independently controlled by a payment or login provider.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact support to exercise these rights. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account data.

You can change the display language in the footer and manage your login-provider permissions through that provider. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or other features from working. A public sharing link makes its shared content accessible to anyone who receives the link; avoid sharing private information unintentionally.

7. Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Do not submit information about a child unless you are authorized to do so. If you believe a child has provided information without required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Contact and policy changes

Use Contact us below for privacy requests, account deletion, or questions about this policy. Material changes will be communicated through the service where required. The current version is displayed on this page.
